Ryan Oliver is the executive director of Pinnguaq, a not for profit technology startup that was created in Nunavut. Pinnguaq offers and advocates for tech education in rural and remote communities and has built its own platform to deliver unique, responsive computer science curriculum. Pinnguaq means 'play' in Inuktitut and the work Pinnguaq does reflects that spirit.
