Anna Klimbovskaia

Anna Klimbovskaia is the COO of Diversio, a technology company that leverages data to analyze, improve, and track diversity and inclusion across organizations. She was formerly Director of Research for the Office of the CEO at the Royal Bank of Canada, where she led RBC’s thought leadership on the Future of Work. While there, Anna conceptualized and led the development of RBCUpSkill, a tool designed to help Canadians build resiliency in an age of workplace automation. Before joining the bank, Anna led the Diversity Dividend, a national research initiative supported by the Canadian Centre for International Innovation and the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation that informed the Budget 2018. The project used big data analytics to identify sector-specific revenue benefits associated with increased workplace diversity.
