Juliet Waters brings over twenty years of journalism experience to her passion for increasing digital literacy across the generations. She has written about her own adventure learning to code for The New York Times. Chief Knowledge Officer for Kids Code Jeunesse, in 2017 she travelled across B.C. on behalf of the Ministry of Education, introducing teachers from every school district to the coding component of the new Applied Design, Skills and Technology curriculum. In 2018-2019, she travelled across Canada for Code, Create, Teach, a series of professional development workshops offered in every province and territory in both official languages.
